Welcome to VoTech
The VoTech Student Database is the central system for Youth 71Five Ministries' vocational technical program. It replaces the old Access databases and Google Sheets with a single, secure, cloud-based platform.
What This System Does
- Track students from enrollment through program completion and follow-up
- Record attendance with automated absence tracking and policy enforcement
- Manage classes across all locations and categories
- Run reports for grants (BOLI, YDD) and internal metrics
- Communicate with students, parents, and community partners
- Protect privacy with role-based access controls and data encryption
