Student ID Format
VoTech automatically generates a unique Student ID when a student is enrolled. The format encodes the location and enrollment timing.

Notes
- Student IDs are generated automatically — you never type them in
- IDs are permanent — they don't change if a student transfers locations
- IDs appear on the Student Roster, Detail Page, and in all exported reports
- The sequence number resets each year (for GP/SC) or each month (for MD)
